Refunds, Returns and Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped. For cancelled orders, refunds will be provided within 30 days of cancellation. You may return unopened and unused products, in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, minus any shipping costs.

For returns, please contact us at hello@duda.coffee to obtain a Return Authorisation. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Please note that roasted coffee and custom orders are exceptions to these terms. If you return faulty goods within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). In the event that your delivery arrives damaged, we will happily process a refund or provide you with a replacement. Our customer service team will conduct a review to assess the situation.
