DESCRIPTION :
A washed Guatemalan blend from five smallholder producers in the highlands of Huehuetenango, grown at 1560–1800 m.a.s.l. across Caturra, Bourbon, Villa Sarchi and Gesha varieties. Expect bright green apple, sweet cantaloupe and warm brown sugar in the cup.
A coffee rooted in community and craft. This blend brings together five smallholder producers from the highlands of Huehuetenango, Erick Perez, Ader Recinos, Antonio Martinez, Tadeo Lopez & Cruz Perez. This is where limestone soils, high altitude, and dramatic temperature swings create the conditions for exceptional cup quality. Varieties including bourbon, caturra, villa sarchi, and gesha are carefully processed — fermented and dried by the producers themselves, capturing the full value of their harvest. The result is a coffee that reflects genuine long-term relationships between importer and farmer, where quality is rewarded across the entire lot, not just the highest-scoring microlots. Complex, considered, and worth savouring.
