Franklin inherited El Sauce, (the family’s favourite farm), which produced the coffee that won the COE (Cup of Excellence) competition in 2008. He is now producing newer varieties such as Pacamara to increase the amount of unique flavour profiles being produced and now his son, Denilson, has attended agronomy school to continue the family tradition.
