A lively and aromatic Colombian coffee with juicy notes of apple cider, ripe banana, and sweet peach, naturally processed by Andrés at 1900m in Tolima.
Andrés Trujillo is a natural at producing naturals. Due to the climate, naturally processed coffees are relatively difficult to process in Colombia, making Andrés one of a minority of smallholders who have chosen to go down the route of producing naturals on his farm at Finca La Esperanza.
Excitingly Andres is starting to separate his production into smaller lots. Previously, lots have been a combination of his entire crop (sometimes up to 8 different varieties), however this lot is comprised of only Castillo, Caturra and San Bernardo varietals.
