Nikolas is an exceptional anaerobically fermented Topázio from the Elias family in Cerrado Mineiro, Brazil, offering a “no nonsense coffee”, just a rich, velvety cup with those milk chocolatey, caramelly & Macadamia notes. Not what you typically expect from a fermented coffee!
Elias Family
Nestled in the rolling landscapes of Cerrado Mineiro, Minas Gerais, the Elias family has been cultivating coffee at their São Bernardo Santa Marta farm for generations. Situated at almost 1000 metres, the family are embracing innovative practices like anaerobic fermentation to bring out the full potential of each bean. Their work is a blend of tradition and experimentation, producing coffees that reflect both the richness of the land and the family’s dedication to craft.
