The smallholder farmers of Santa Rosa, grow coffee on small, high-altitude farms ranging from 1300–1700 m.a.s.l., where rich volcanic soil and a temperate climate create ideal conditions. With deep-rooted farming traditions, they handpick and carefully process their cherries, producing coffees known for their clarity, balance, and vibrant fruit notes.
